Perkhidmatan 1.0
From 17th to
19th February new officers attended Kursus Perkhidmatan 1.0,
which was organised by the Human Resource Section, Management Services
Division. The course was held in Menara Sri Saujana, Institut Semarak Felda
(ISEF), Bangi. Guest lecturers from the Public Service Department gave detailed
explanations and understanding on allowances and facilities granted to
government officers. The course also touched on the management procedure of Buku
Rekod Perkhidmatan (Am 274) and preparation of Kew 8. Overall, course
participants gained insight into administrative matters by interacting with
experts in the field.
Introduction to in-service allowances was
given to the participant for the first slot. Next slot will be
a Q&A / Case Survey of Services Allowance Problems. For the third slot, the
lecturers offered an introduction to the In-Service Facility and continued
Q&A / Case Study In-Service issues. The lecturers also provided information on
the management and maintenance of Buku Rekod Perkhidmatan (BRP). The
Participant was provided with the Financial Statement Preparation Procedures
for the last slot.
